Retention of Personal Data

How long data may be kept.

Account information User accounts are retained for the duration of the account relationship plus up to 24 months after account closure to handle post-termination issues or resolve disputes.
Usage statistics Application usage statistics may be retained for up to 24 months to understand feature adoption and improve the Service.
Server logs IP addresses and access times may be retained for up to 24 months for security monitoring and troubleshooting.
Personal Data may be retained longer when required by legal obligation, legal claims, Your explicit request, or technical limitations such as scheduled backup deletion cycles. When retention periods expire, data is deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
